Created yearlong marketing plan schedule for Russo, as well as developed a yearlong marketing opportunities list for vendors in which to participate.
Developed virtual store tour promotion of all Russo locations with hidden coupon code reward for customers for use with their first online orders.
Created promotional campaigns for three Used Equipment auctions that spanned over social media, email marketing, print, and YouTube videos resulting in thousands of event attendees.
Created promotional campaigns and came up with unique attractions for six Open House events, which spanned over multiple marketing mediums. Attractions included: renting a live tiger, arranging chainsaw carvers, and hosting safety-training seminars.

Oversaw the corporate image of multiple TV interviews at Russo locations and a specialized snow blower segment in which Russo was highlighted.
Increased brand awareness through sponsorship of the Chicago Wolves hockey team with Russo represented on the screens and featured in their program, which was highlighted with an announcement to check the ad for sticker a chance to win a prize.
